About Me

I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from Yasar University, Izmir, with a strong focus on wind energy, power systems, and industrial automation. For my undergraduate thesis, I analyzed the wind energy potential of the Karadağ, Çeşme region and designed a feasible wind farm layout using WindPRO and Windographer. I also gained international experience through the Erasmus+ program at Warsaw University of Technology in Poland.

Wind Energy Analyst Intern

Wind Bender Energy Consultancy Ltd. Inc.
July 2025 – August 2025  •  Izmir, Turkey
  • Processed and validated met mast wind data in compliance with IEC 61400 and MEASNET standards.
  • Performed long-term correlation to estimate corrected wind speeds.
  • Analyzed Weibull distribution, wind roses, and shear profiles for resource characterization.
  • Conducted terrain and roughness mapping using Global Mapper and prepared WAsP maps.
  • Designed and optimized turbine layouts in WindPRO.
  • Simulated annual energy production and performed wake loss and uncertainty analyses.
  • Evaluated SCADA data for availability, performance, and power curve compliance.
